WHICH IS THE RIGHT PROGRAM FOR ME?
We recommend taking respsonsibility for your nutrition and getting the performance and recovery benefits early on. However the ages are just a recommendation - if you decide to start later in life make sure to still start with the basics. Otherwise the other programs won't make sense.
Important: These programs are only right for you if you have a long term perspective and are ready to put in the work continously! Please do not sign up if you're looking for a magic pill and don't want to make changes.
Even if your goal is to gain muscle mass or loose fat - start with the fundamental program. The things you'll implement in the fundamental and advanced programs will already improve your body composition, health, recovery and performance! Only jump to the goal specific programs once you're ready.
